Due to COVID precautionary measures , the May 6,7,8 — 2022 show will be different than past shows. We are requiring dealers to read these rules and select the I HAVE READ AND AGREE at the bottom of this page, or click CANCEL to cancel your application if you so choose.
The layout of tables might be different than in previous shows, which means that dealers will most likely not get their usual spot, and it will be nearly impossible to honor any requests (who to be next to, wall table, etc)
All dealers and shoppers will have to have their temperate checked by facility personnel. Anyone whose temperature is too high will be asked to wait for a period of time and checked again before entering. Regardless of whether you've paid for a table, if you have a high temperature you will be denied entry.
Masks required at all times
All dealer and shoppers must wear masks at all times inside the building and during load-in / load-out. Masks will not be provided by the Austin Record Convention - you must bring your own.
Some Aisles Might Be One-Way
Depending on the width of the aisles, some aisles might be one way.
Extra Space Between Dealers
There might be more space than normal between dealers. You will not be allowed to push your tables up next to another dealer's tables.
Limited Shoppers Per Table
In order to keep crowds from forming, there might be limits as to the number of customers that can shop at a table at the same time.
COVID Test or Proof of Vaccination
The Austin Record Convention reserves the option to require dealers and / or shoppers to provide proof of COVID vaccination and / or a recent negative COVID test
We are asking all international dealers to be aware if any travel restrictions are in place that would prohibit them from attending the show.
By agreeing to these rules you acknowledge and understand that due to circumstances beyond our control, the show could be canceled or postponed. If that happens, we will refund your payment (table / pegboard / electricity).
For dealers with significant travel expenses, we encourage them to consider getting travel insurance to cover any of the unfortunate scenarios we've described above (or ones we haven't thought of).
